Welcome to the Face Paint Fiesta website. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions also apply to all bookings. If you have any queries please feel free to contact us.

​1. Use of the website
This website is provided for general information and promotional purposes only. You may not use this site in a way that may damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use.
2. Booking and services
​All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Face Paint Fiesta reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion. Full terms related to bookings and services will be provided at the time of enquiry or confirmation.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of your total cost (as quoted on your invoice) is required to secure your date. This fee covers admin time, resources and potential loss of business.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event, unless agreed otherwise.
If you're event is in 7 days or less at the time of booking, the full balance is required to secure your date.

3. Supervision during the booking
​
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times while waiting in the queue and during face painting. The supervising adult is responsible for the behaviour and safety of the child throughout the process. Children must behave appropriately in the queue and remain calm, respectful, and safe. Once seated, children must sit still and follow the face painter’s instructions. We reserve the right to refuse or stop face painting if a child is distressed, uncooperative, disruptive, or behaving in a way that puts themselves, others, or the face painter at risk.

4. Booking extension
​
If you would like to extend your booking whilst we are onsite, this may be possible depending on availability and existing commitments. If we're able to stay for the additional time requested, this will be charged at the standard hourly rate and will require immediate payment before the extension begins.

3. Outdoor Events and Weather Conditions
​
For any outdoor bookings, the client must provide a suitable sheltered area (such as a gazebo or marquee) to ensure the safety and comfort of the artist and guests. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide appropriate shelter.

In the event of adverse weather that prevents us from providing the service safely, Face Paint Fiesta reserves the right to cancel or pause the service. We will always aim to reschedule or transfer the booking if possible

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Face Paint Fiesta and is protected by copyright laws. You must not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this website without written permission.
